About the publication
Clean Home Lab is published and edited by Anna in Singapore. It provides English-language articles, surface references, checklists, calculators, and source links for ordinary household cleaning and light care. The word "Lab" describes an editorial method, not an accredited laboratory, inspection business, repair company, or licensed trade service.
Agreement to these terms
By using the site, you agree to use it consistently with these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not rely on or continue using the site. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right or other protection that applicable law does not permit a site operator to exclude.
Product instructions always come first
The current label, safety data, owner manual, care tag, warranty, service bulletin, recall notice, and instructions for the exact product or material take priority over a general Clean Home Lab page. Local building rules, utility instructions, and public-authority directions also take priority. Stop when instructions conflict, the material cannot be identified, or the task moves beyond a user-serviceable part.
A spot test can reveal some visible incompatibility. It cannot guarantee compatibility with a hidden coating, adhesive, seal, filling, adjacent material, person, pet, or later treatment. Do not mix cleaning products unless the product manufacturer explicitly directs that combination.
Light-maintenance boundary
The site does not authorize gas work, energized electrical work, structural alteration, concealed plumbing repair, pressurized-system repair, hazardous-material handling, major mold remediation, sewage or flood cleanup, fire restoration, pest treatment, work requiring a permit, or disassembly beyond parts the manufacturer identifies as user-serviceable.
Stop for smoke, flame, gas or electrical odor, shock risk, active leaking, structural movement, unknown chemical exposure, symptoms, or any other immediate hazard. Leave the area when appropriate and contact the relevant local emergency service, utility, poison-control service, manufacturer, medical provider, or qualified professional. Site email is not monitored as an emergency service.
Information, not professional advice
Content is general editorial information. It is not legal, medical, toxicological, engineering, code-compliance, warranty, or licensed trade advice. Anna is not presented on this site as a chemist, contractor, appliance technician, hygienist, or other credentialed specialist.
A source reviewed label means a guide was compared with cited first-party material and edited to preserve material and safety limits. It does not mean Anna performed the method, inspected a reader's home, photographed a test, or certified a result. Read the methodology and full disclaimer before relying on a task with meaningful cost or risk.
Tools and saved browser data
Calculators and planners produce estimates from the selections or numbers entered. They are not certified dosing devices, purchasing measurements, safety instruments, or code calculations. Verify quantities against the product label and relevant manufacturer instructions before acting.
Tools are designed to run locally in the browser. A browser or device may clear, block, corrupt, or fail to synchronize locally saved data. Keep a separate record when a checklist or estimate matters; the site does not promise permanent storage or recovery.
Permitted use
You may read, print, and use reasonable excerpts of the site for personal, household, educational, or other lawful purposes. You may link to public pages while identifying the source accurately.
Do not impersonate the site or Anna, remove source context in a misleading way, republish substantial content as your own, sell copied guides, use the site to train or market a dangerous cleaning method, bypass technical safeguards, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, overload the service, or use automation in a way that materially disrupts access for other readers. Rights provided by applicable law, including lawful quotation, criticism, and other exceptions, are not restricted by this paragraph.
Copyright and marks
Unless a page says otherwise, original site text, layout, and site-created graphics are controlled by Clean Home Lab. Manufacturer names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify products or sources. Citing or linking to a source does not transfer that source's rights to Clean Home Lab.
For a copyright concern, email contact@czhhsh.com with the page URL, the work concerned, and enough information to evaluate the request. Do not send unnecessary identity documents.
External sources and services
External publishers control their own pages, availability, security, accessibility, terms, and privacy practices. A source link identifies material consulted; it is not a claim that the external publisher endorses Clean Home Lab or that every part of its site has been reviewed.
Advertising, if enabled after separate approval and consent gates, does not determine editorial conclusions and is not an endorsement of an advertised product. Any future commercial relationship that could reasonably affect a page should be disclosed on that page.
Corrections and changes
Products, sources, standards, and public guidance change. The site may revise, add, remove, or reorganize content and tools. Material correction requests are handled through the corrections process. We do not promise that every undocumented product revision will be reflected immediately.
Availability and outcomes
The site may be unavailable, incomplete, or affected by browser, network, hosting, or third-party failures. To the extent permitted by applicable law, content and tools are provided without a promise that access will be uninterrupted or that a method will remove a mark, preserve a warranty, prevent damage, or suit every version of a material.
Readers remain responsible for identifying their product, reading its instructions, choosing whether a task is within their ability, and stopping when conditions differ. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy
The privacy policy explains local browser data, necessary delivery logs, Tencent-provided domain email, optional analytics, AdSense, consent messages, and withdrawal controls. Privacy choices are separate from acceptance of these terms.
