How to report a possible error
Email editorial@czhhsh.com with the subject "Correction request." Please include:
- the full URL of the Clean Home Lab page;
- the exact sentence, step, source, image, or tool result concerned;
- what you believe is inaccurate or unsafe;
- a current product manual, label, official notice, or other primary support when available; and
- the product model, finish, and country or region if the issue depends on them.
Do not send passwords, order numbers, medical records, photographs containing unrelated personal information, or other sensitive data. For a warranty case or product failure, contact the manufacturer or service provider directly as well.
How the report is reviewed
Anna checks the live wording, the cited source as it appeared during review when available, and the new supporting material. She then tests whether the issue changes a factual statement, applicability limit, safety instruction, evidence label, or reader decision.
A manufacturer or advertiser does not receive a special editorial outcome. A relationship to the product should be disclosed, but the evidence is assessed on relevance. Anna may contact the reporter for clarification; no response is required for the site to correct a clear error.
Possible outcomes
- Correct: revise a material factual or safety error and add a correction note.
- Clarify: preserve an accurate statement but narrow its wording, product scope, or source context.
- Update: revise information that was accurate when published but has been superseded.
- Withdraw: remove or unpublish a page that cannot be supported safely while it is reassessed.
- No change: retain the page when the submitted evidence does not contradict it, while recording the editorial decision.
Visible correction notes
A material correction identifies the date, the substance of the earlier problem, and what changed. We do not rewrite a correction note to imply that the error never appeared. If the original wording created an immediate safety concern, the page may be taken offline before the full review is complete.
Spelling, grammar, link formatting, layout, accessibility markup, and other changes that do not alter meaning may be fixed without a public correction note. A broken link replaced by the same document at a new official URL is also normally a maintenance edit.
If someone has breathing difficulty, chemical exposure, fire risk, electric shock risk, a gas odor, or another immediate danger, leave the area as appropriate and contact local emergency, poison-control, utility, or medical services. Clean Home Lab cannot provide emergency response.
Reporter privacy and correspondence
We do not publish a reporter's name or private correspondence without permission, except where disclosure is legally required. A correction may describe the evidence received without identifying the person who sent it. Editorial email is intended for page review, not confidential professional advice.
Corrections record
Material correction notes remain attached to their affected pages so readers encounter the context where it matters. If an entire page is withdrawn, a replacement notice or relevant policy record may explain the reason when publication is appropriate.
