Our target
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a design and review target. This statement describes an ongoing goal, not a claim of certification or a completed independent accessibility audit.
Design and content practices
The site is designed around semantic headings, landmarks, descriptive page titles, visible keyboard focus, a skip link, readable line lengths, responsive layouts, and controls with text labels or accessible names. Navigation and core content should remain usable without a pointing device.
We avoid relying on color alone to communicate safety or status. Motion is limited, and the stylesheet respects a browser's reduced-motion preference. Content images require useful alternative text when they carry meaning; decorative images should not add noise for screen-reader users.
Editorial accessibility
Plain language is part of safety. Guides define the surface, keep steps in order, separate warnings from ordinary instructions, and state when to stop. Link text should identify its destination without relying only on surrounding text. Tables are used for genuine comparisons rather than visual layout.
Image rights and accessibility are reviewed together. Alternative text describes relevant visible information without claiming that a representative photograph is test evidence. We do not encode essential instructions only inside an image.
Known limits
Some cited manuals, government documents, or manufacturer pages are controlled by third parties and may not meet the same accessibility target. PDFs can be especially variable. We link to original sources for accuracy, but we cannot change their markup or reading order.
Browser, operating-system, zoom, translation, and assistive-technology combinations may reveal issues not found during routine review. Optional external services on other parts of the site may also have interfaces controlled by their providers. The trust page you are reading does not load Google services.
Report an access barrier
Email contact@czhhsh.com with the subject "Accessibility." Include the page URL, the task you were trying to complete, what happened, and, if you are comfortable sharing it, the browser and assistive technology involved. Do not include sensitive medical information.
Anna reviews accessibility reports, prioritizing barriers that block navigation, safety information, forms, or access to a guide. We may ask for clarification, test a repair, or provide the relevant information in a practical alternative format while a page-level fix is assessed.
Ongoing review
Accessibility checks are included when templates, navigation, forms, tools, or visual styles change. A factual fix to this statement follows the site's corrections process; routine accessibility improvements may be released without a separate correction note.
